Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Global HR Transformation Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process excellence and a proven track record of driving global, cross-functional end-to-end process excellence redesign, transformation, and improvement initiatives.

About the Job

  • Design and implement comprehensive process improvements across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze current processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate process improvements to employees, stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements that result in cost savings and increased efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address inefficiencies.
  • Partner with IT to develop and implement technology solutions to support process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Measure and report on process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience driving global, cross-functional end-to-end process excellence redesign, transformation, and improvement initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience applying process excellence practices in HR.
  • Experience of being part of a global HR process workstream for a HR Transformation Programme preferable.
  • Fluency in translating business objectives and insights into optimal process design.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate lean, six sigma and process improvement tools and methodologies into simple, practical action.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft suite of Office products, including Visio.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • MBA or similar advance degree a strong plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma black belt certification or equivalent experience and/or Agile certification a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies.
