We're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge key departments by delivering insights, aligning metrics, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role will play a pivotal part in streamlining operations and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop a solid understanding of the business, its departments, and the metrics that drive performance
  • Identify operational needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate across departments to align on key metrics and ensure consistent performance measurement
  • Develop and manage business intelligence solutions, including dynamic dashboards for various teams
  • Support the implementation of predictive analytics to inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Translate business requirements into actionable insights and present data to drive operational improvements
  • Pull and synthesize data from various tools to provide comprehensive reports
  • Provide regular performance reports, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Recommend improvements to operational processes based on data insights
Required skills:
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role (business analyst, data analyst, reporting analyst, or quantitative analyst)
  • Proficiency in reporting software like Tableau or similar and a strong understanding of databases and SQL
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and articulate ideas clearly
  • Analytical, diligent, and rigorous in approach to problems
  • Curiosity about data and a passion for finding answers in data sets
