About This OpportunityWe seek an experienced Key Account Specialist to join our Warsaw Team, responsible for all aspects of automotive retailing.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with new and current customers on a daily basis
- Provide seamless support over phone, chat, or email throughout the vehicle purchase and delivery process
- Foster strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional experiences during vehicle purchases
- Grow and develop individual accounts to meet personal monthly targets
- Collaborate with the International Sales Team to achieve monthly goals as a cohesive unit
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian is a plus
- Previous car sales experience is advantageous
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively close sales and overcome objections
- Outstanding customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients
