Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors team and deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Guide teams to achieve excellence in service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance systems as per customer needs
  • Oversee the configuration of SAP modules and solutions in accordance with best practices and project requirements
Requirements
  • Min. 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP HCM
  • Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM and PY modules
  • Nice-to-have: SAP HCM PT/TE experience
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (in at least 2 of the areas: EC, LMS, Recruitment, PMGM)
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP HR area, with a proven track record in team management or project delivery
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients
  • Good knowledge of English, German as an asset
  • High analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
