Talent Operations Coordinator

Fandom is growing, and we need a skilled Sr Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team in Poland. Reporting to our Director Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in ensuring our talent acquisition process runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a Sr Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing interview scheduling, systems administration, generating reports, conducting background checks, and handling invoice payments. Your highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate approach will ensure a seamless candidate experience and support our mission to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Manage interview scheduling: coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, communicate interview details to candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensure interview schedules are updated and maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Systems administration: maintain, update, and troubleshoot the ATS and other TA-related systems, maintain all applicant information in our system of record, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and functionality.
- Reporting: generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Talent administrative support: conduct and manage background checks, process and pay invoices related to recruitment activities, and coordinate with the finance department to address any payment issues.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Coordinator, or equivalent role.
- Learnt and have a college degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
- Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods, basic knowledge of labor legislation, exceptional interpersonal skills, attentiveness to detail, and high organizational aptitude.
- Experience using professional social networks, proficiency in Google Office Suite products, and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or resume databases.
- Experienced with Greenhouse Recruiting, GEM, and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
