Responsibilities

  • Achievement of agreed objectives in terms of Key Performance Indicators
  • Meeting the established monthly deadlines in the specified time schedule with accordance to internal, group and legal procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong and positive relationships with the employees of the agencies and their clients
  • Supervision of the production and cost invoices postings, personnel expenses, bank statements, payments preparation according to SLA's/KPI's
  • Coordination of the month and year-closing process
  • Provision of constant improvement to the operational activities of the team
  • Day-to-day team's supervision (monitoring team performance)
  • Team management: recruitment, motivation, periodic assessment
  • Solving non-standard issues/queries; ad hoc Agencies requests
