About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our European sales team at QIAGEN. As part of our Sales Coordination Team, you will provide administrative support to our sales teams across Belgium, Holland, and Luxembourg.
Your key responsibilities will include generating and sending sales quotations, following up on sent quotes or product samples, and providing information regarding QIAGEN products based on Fiori and SAP systems.
You will also respond to customer inquiries, clarify queries with other teams, create customer-specific price lists and sales reports, order medical instruments for customer demonstration, and manage the Sales Prospects queue.
Your Requirements
- University education with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of French and Dutch.
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and SAP is preferred.
