We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate in southern Poland (Krakow/Katowice) to strengthen our clinical operations team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance with less travel and workload.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing studies, completing status reports, and maintaining documentation. You will participate in submitting protocols, consent documents, and assist in preparing regulatory submissions as requested.

This opportunity allows you to work with a top pharmaceutical company on oncology studies that deliver real impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in biological science, pharmacy, or a related health field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of independent field monitoring experience with 1 year in oncology.
  3. Site Management experience or equivalent in clinical research, understanding clinical trials methodology and terminology.
  4. The ability to perform all clinical monitoring activities independently.
  5. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills within a matrixed team.
  6. Experience working in a self-driven capacity with limited oversight.
  7. A client-focused approach to work and flexible attitude towards assignments/new learning.
  8. The ability to manage multiple tasks, evaluate unpredictable scenarios, and achieve project timelines.
  9. An honest and ethical work approach promoting life-changing treatments for patients.
  10. Understanding of ICH GCP Compliance.
  11. Excellent time management and social skills.
  12. A highly motivated individual with attention to detail.
  13. Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 65-75% of working time.
