We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Eastern Europe & Turkey. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for one of 3M's fastest growing businesses
- Identify new business opportunities for our range of Glass Bubbles
- Cultivate existing accounts and build relationships to maximize future growth potential
- Monitor market trends, opportunities, and risks within the target market sectors
- Maintain the highest level of business compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the high-tech product sector
- Deep knowledge and understanding of at least two of our key target markets: Construction, Automotive, Energy
- Background in specification-driven selling within a highly technical, materials science business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using CRM systems to their full potential, with a preference for experience in Salesforce.com
- Technical/Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar materials science qualification
