About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop and implement project plans
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards to track progress and performance
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on project planning and scheduling
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools
