Key Accountabilities

You will be responsible for managing the payroll process, maintaining accurate records, and providing expert advice on HR-related matters.

  1. Maintain employee payroll records, data, and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governmental regulations.
  2. Coordinate occupational medicine referrals and serve as the primary contact for employee queries related to HR, compensation, and pay slips.
  3. Administer working time regulations, overtime calculations, and the time management tool.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HR processing.
  • Strong understanding of regulations related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and labor law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
