Contract Specialist with French Language Expertise

The Opportunity

As a Contract Collection Specialist with French language expertise, you will be part of a fast-growing team of specialists in Enterprise who work closely with our Sales Team and Merchants to provide expert advice and support the smooth documents collection and verification process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • You perform quality checks on documentation packages for Enterprise Merchants, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, risk requirements, and onboarding requirements.
  • You provide expertise on the completeness of onboarding contract package documentation and successful onboarding know-how.
  • You provide pre-consulting services and advise on filling in missing contract details and answering contract questions.
  • You ensure the fulfillment of customer data and bank data information (KYC/AML documents).
  • You are responsible for the collection of risk documents from merchants.
  • You participate in meetings with stakeholders (Sales/Onboarding Team/Risk) and merchants (email and telephone support).

  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Previous experience in KYC/AML/Customer Care would be an asset.
  • English and Polish at a good level and additional knowledge of French.
  • Previous experience in payment transactions environment (acquiring and merchant services) would be an asset.
  • Team player with an international mindset.
  • Problem-solving, details-oriented analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
