We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to order fulfillment and collections.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Cooperate with key clients to ensure best service and quick resolution of issues related to order fulfillment and collections
  • Handle all customer inquiries until resolution, including order processing, shipment notifications, missing items, product questions, defective goods, returns, and discounts
  • Ensure customers receive relevant information regarding open orders and deliveries

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in customer service and order management
  • Understanding of the end-to-end customer service process
  • Technical experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • Proficiency in English - both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF functions)
