Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at ABB Business Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and processing of transactions.
  • Analyze customer accounts and payments to ensure debts are collected in line with contracted payment terms.
  • Manage disputes and monitor the resolution process.
  • Conduct analyses and initiate appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control over financial reporting for applicable templates.
  • Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure they are informed and satisfied.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with previous experience in Finance Shared Services environment.
  • Advanced understanding of financial accounting, reporting, planning, controlling, assurance, internal control, and treasury.
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian languages.
  • Process and customer service orientation (Order-to-Cash).
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills.
  • Good coordination skills, attention to details, and problem-solving skills.
