Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with your cross-functional team to architect and implement innovative features and products, while contributing ideas, enthusiasm, and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software that enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with users and stakeholders to understand and deliver value through your product.
  • Participate in design, code, and testing reviews.
  • Implement DevOps practices, ensuring continuous testing and software releases.
  • Integrate software with monitoring, observability, and support tools.
  • Contribute to team processes, utilizing Agile methodologies for adaptation and continuous improvement.
  • Employ data-driven strategies to conduct experiments and refine features.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Java programming.
  • Experience in creating technical designs with a focus on scalability and security.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems.
  • Understanding and practical application of design patterns and principles.
  • Proven experience in writing high-quality tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).
