As an HR Administration Team Leader with Spanish, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments, ensuring seamless contractual thresholds are met.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong client relationships through accurate and timely responses to queries and escalations via multiple channels.
  • Provide clarity on HR policies and procedures to ensure employee understanding and compliance.
  • Update process documentation within agreed timeframes, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Your Profile
  • Excellent client management and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing employee life cycle activities, including personal/job/pay changes, HR documentation, new hires/onboarding, transfers, leave & absences, promotions, relocations, and separations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (min. B2).
