We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing pre-sales or post-sales service functions, and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer accounts
  • Reviewing contracts and schedules, and updating the SAP system
  • Accelerating or prioritizing orders upon request
  • Providing quotations and handling customer returns
  • Investigating credit and debit inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Conducting regular reviews with your account base to discuss delivery, backlog, and support issues
  • Reviewing and acting on order-related reports
  • Addressing technical inquiries from customers
  • Following up on quotations
Requirements
