Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Deliver insights-driven analysis to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Sales Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze individual and team sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Track and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying opportunities for growth.

Sales Incentive Programs

  • Design and implement sales incentive programs to drive sales performance and motivation.
  • Develop and manage program metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

Sales Targeting and Forecasting

  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather data and insights for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain sales projections based on historical data and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.

CRM Management

  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Customize CRM reports and dashboards to meet specific sales needs.

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in business consulting and/or commercial strategy, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and a deep understanding of key performance indicators in a sales environment.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).
  • Strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM systems.
