Market Development Manager

For our Client, from the renewable industry, we are seeking a Candidate for the position of Market Development Manager.
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities in partnerships, identifying off-the-shelf projects, biogas plants for sale, and business partners interested in biomethane or organic waste collection.
- Implement short- and long-term development plans, identifying new opportunities for the company in Poland.
- Build long-term business relationships with partners and negotiate cooperation terms.
- Regularly report on project progress and customer interest in biomethane collection.
- Collaborate with the Investment and Logistics & Procurement teams to review and approve acquired projects.
- Participate in internal and external business meetings regarding JV, M&A, and partnership opportunities in Poland.
- Analyze market data, industry reports on the biogas and biomethane market, and legal aspects.
- Monitor competitor activities, new players in the industry, and significant market developments.
- Adhere to the organisation's procedures and safety rules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in independent sales and business development (B2B) roles.
- Ability to conduct effective business negotiations and professionalism in action.
- Knowledge of the energy market, with at least 5 years' experience required.
- Effective team communication skills, autonomy, initiative, and good work organisation.
- Higher education.
- Polish language, fluent English.
