This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline: stage definition, conversion timing, follow‑up monitoring Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers Manage and develop a sales team (structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, mentoring) Promote a high‑performance, high‑engagement culture in a remote environment Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development Define and track individual and team KPIs Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership Manage forecasting cycles: methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, root cause analysis React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations Required Experience 7‑10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position Proven success in B2B and B2C sales (experience across industries is an asset) CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and onboarding new hires in a performance‑driven culture Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency Required Skills Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually) Structured coaching and performance improvement processes (esp. for underperforming reps) High fluency in English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication skills Personal Competencies Analytical and structured decision‑making Leadership and coaching mindset Ownership and accountability High adaptability and initiative Excellent prioritization and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + performance‑based bonus Remote‑first setup (working schedule 08:30‑17:00 EST) Type of contract: B2B Paid vacation and sick leave Structured onboarding and support from the CEO and leadership Work in the U.S. market Opportunity to make a direct impact on a scaling company and grow with it Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Job Function IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
