Responsibilities

  • Participation in ERP system implementation projects (Finance module):
    implementation and customization of Microsoft BC financial modules (cash management, accounting, budgeting, expense management, tax reporting, etc.) tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Analysis of client financial requirements:
    in-depth understanding and analysis of financial processes to ensure effective automation of operational procedures and compliance with regulations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV BC system:
    gaining detailed expertise in the financial functions and capabilities of the system to effectively deliver projects.
  • Configuration of ERP NAV BC financial modules:
    automation of financial operations, including account management, reporting, and financial data consolidation.
  • Collaboration with the development team:
    drafting technical tasks for modifications of ERP financial modules while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • System testing:
    participation in testing financial modules to ensure they meet requirements and function properly.
  • Consulting support:
    providing ERP user consulting, assisting in resolving issues encountered during system use.
  • Process documentation:
    creating and updating user documentation, conducting training, and providing support during implementations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a chief accountant, financial controller, or analyst
  • Experience with enterprise management systems (accounting, financial, or management systems)
  • Experience and knowledge of Romanian legislation and accounting
  • Experience in automating accounting systems
  • Knowledge of English B1 and higher
