  • Proven hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Teams including voice functionalities.
  • Experience with PSTN and call centre integrations with Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of the M365 service landscape and its interfaces.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tool usage.
  • Proficient in using tools like Power BI and QoE Quality of Experience reports to monitor system performance generate actionable insights and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols including VoIP PSTN and SIP.
  • Experienced in configuring Emergency Calling features such as
  • Emergency Calling Policies
  • Normalization Rules
  • Location Based Routing LBR
  • E911 setup
  • Ensuring compliance and governance in enterprise telephony systems
  • Skilled in configuration and troubleshooting of:
  • Microsoft Teams Phone System
  • Teams Room Systems
  • Audio/Video peripherals and related hardware Good to Have
  • Soft Skills
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
  • Very strong communication skills and a proactive collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with governance and compliance requirements.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate MS700
  • Microsoft Certified Teams Voice Engineer Expert MS720
  • Additional certifications such as MS900 MS101 are a plus
