Due to our continued growth, we are in a need of new colleague for our Warsaw Data Quality Center team that is closely connected with the Nearshore department. The goal is to actively support through searches, database expansion, and active delivery. Additionally, this person will be analyzing our requests so we can better understand current market needs, trends, and business potential to strategically maximize our scores.

Location: emagine Warsaw office (hybrid work)

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for consultants across internal databases and external platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, forums, and other relevant websites.
  • Close collaboration with the Nearshore Sourcing Team to meet sourcing and recruitment goals.
  • Gather information from the Sourcing team on high-priority requests/projects to ensure alignment with recruitment targets.
  • Dynamic and static lists creation and ongoing development to expand talent pools for high-value requests and client needs.
  • Monitor incoming requests and deliver profiles to recruiters, especially for the ones covered by the Data Quality Center during past projects.
  • Supporting Sales team with advanced searches and data needed. (profiles, capacity, market search).
  • Report creation for Sourcing Manager and DQC Manager regarding delivered consultants, process stage, and strategic insights based on BI.
  • Working closely with other DQC members on Rate Library expansion and pricing delivery.

Requirements:

  • Sourcing Experience (3+ Years) as a recruiter or similar positions
  • System Knowledge (Excel Proficiency, MS Teams, MS Office)
  • Experience in Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
  • Experience in Market Research & Data Reporting
  • English B2 level
  • Analytical skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving ability, effective communication, proactive & self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team.
