- Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud in Poland. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business in Poland, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of go-to-market roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
- Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process while sharing and exchanging information with all levels of management.
- Negotiate engaged offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
