  • 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 6 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud in Eastern Europe. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business across the Middle East, Africa and Israel, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional applicants for a variety of Go-To-Market roles, including Cloud Sales, client solutions, and technical solutions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of applicants.
  • Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of applicant quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Discuss complex and competitive offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with senior management to secure critical hires. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
