We're searching for a passionate
Business Development Manager
— a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take initiative, lead with confidence, and shape success across new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage key distributor accounts within the assigned country;
- Prospect and secure new clients by leveraging existing professional networks and comprehensive market knowledge;
- Oversee the promotion and strategic positioning of the company's product portfolio in cooperation with distribution partners;
- Manage and optimize relationships with existing distributors, utilizing a deep understanding of the local distribution ecosystem to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and drive sustainable business growth;
- Grow with us
Contribute actively to the company's long-term commercial strategy, with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position overseeing a dedicated team as the company expands and strengthens its presence in the region.
Experience
- Agricultural Degree preferred and fluency in English;
- IT Skills: Microsoft Office, CRM tools;
- Driver's license category B;
- Strong market knowledge and technical understanding of crop nutrition / biostimulants;
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, capable of one-man-show mode with growth perspective.
