UNLOCK Test has developed and continues to build a B2B HR SAAS platform, offering its customers all the essential tools for employee and organisational assessment. UNLOCK Test began with a simple mission: to reinvent the way leaders and businesses make recruitment and HR management decisions by adding data layers to an often-intuitive process.

UNLOCK Test products are already reaching international markets and are being used in leading Lithuanian and international companies. We expect this growth only to accelerate in the coming years, covering new countries, new products and business areas which guarantees further career opportunities.

Our greatest assets are knowledge and people. Our small fully remote team consisting of 15 people includes talents from diverse fields such as business consulting, HR management, organizational psychology and more. They bring to bear their unique expertise and skill to deliver simple, proven and accessible organizational and employee assessment solutions to people-driven businesses and organizations.

Your Mission

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help us launch, test, and scale our solution in the Polish market. This is a high-impact, self-led role for someone passionate about sales, psychology, and HR innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Ownership


• Build and manage your own sales pipeline using Pipedrive, Apollo and Cloudtalk.


• Identify, reach out, and engage with ideal client profiles.


• Pitch our personality tests and HR platform to HR leaders, decision-makers, and partners.

Market Development


• Own the Polish market – test new sales hypotheses, iterate on go-to-market strategy, and gather insights from prospects.


• Identify new market segments and support potential expansion into English-speaking regions if Poland proves unviable.

Process & Strategy


• Set up scalable outbound processes and propose tools, cadences, and automations using AI tools and Apollo.


• Localize messaging, create feedback loops, and suggest improvements to our product-market fit.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives.

Partnerships


• Help identify and build relationships with potential local recruitment agencies or HR tech resellers as strategic partners.


• Contribute to onboarding potential integration partners like Traffit and explore future collaborations.

What You Bring


• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, or related fields.


• Comfortable working independently and setting up outbound sales from scratch.


• Strong interest in psychology, HR, and assessments – curiosity is key.


• Familiarity with Pipedrive, Apollo, Clloudtalk and AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, copy generators).


• Analytical mindset – ability to create, test, and refine hypotheses.


• High adaptability and open-mindedness: if Poland doesn't scale, we pivot.


• Fluency in Polish and English.

Bonus Points


• Experience working with or selling to HR or Talent Acquisition teams.


• Previous success launching a product in a new market.


• Familiarity with the competitive landscape in psychometric tools in Poland.
