Role and Responsibilities

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Monitoring codziennych KPI i ocena efektywności zespołu obsługi sklepu internetowego Samsung – dbałość o jakość, dostępność konsultantów i czas obsługi klienta.
  • Analiza procesów, sklepu internetowego Samsung, wspieranie ich optymalizacji w celu zapewnienia jak najwyższej satysfakcji klientów.
  • Działania mające na celu zapewnienie konkurencyjności jakościowej naszej firmy, współpraca z działami marketingu i e-commerce.
  • Zarządzanie budżetem posprzedażowym – tworzenie i rozliczanie budżetu prowizyjnego dla infolinii, w oparciu o osiągane wyniki.
  • Bieżąca współpraca z zespołem Contact Center w Lublinie – obecność na miejscu średnio raz w miesiącu, a także udział w kluczowych wydarzeniach sprzedażowych (średnio 2 razy do roku).
  • Udział w spotkaniach jakościowych z Contact Center i praca nad ciągłym podnoszeniem poziomu obsługi klienta.

Skills and Qualifications

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w branży Contact Center.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w koordynacji zespołów lub operacji Call Center – znajomość specyfiki pracy infolinii przychodzącej.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i wyciągania wniosków na podstawie danych.
  • Wysoki poziom samodzielności, odpowiedzialności i dobrej organizacji pracy.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z różnymi działami i otwartość na różne style pracy.
  • Gotowość do pracy w dynamicznym środowisku i odporność na presję.
  • Proaktywność w działaniu i szukaniu rozwiązań.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych oraz elastyczność w okresie wydarzeń specjalnych.
