About your workplace
Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.
A Controlling Business Partner is an important strategic role within Miele Global Services that focuses on providing detailed financial insights and guidance to support effective business decision-making. As a Miele Global Services representative, you will be responsible for establishes long-term, deep partnership with Miele business unit that goes beyond conventional boundaries. Our ambition is to achieve business partner model that not only responds to current requirements but is also prepared for future opportunities and challenges. With a clear focus on innovation, efficiency improvement, standardization, automation and close cooperation controlling business partner in MGS will play a key role in transition entire Miele organization to higher level of efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- supporting the development of a global controlling framework and contributing to the strategic direction of the Business Unit (BU);
- collaborating closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong business partnering;
- enriching budgeting and forecasting processes, especially for participations, and driving standardization and continuous improvement within MGS controlling;
- actively participating in building a new BU setup and promoting a culture of progress and change.
Our requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field;
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably with professional experience from other companies with global corporate structures;
- fluent in English (written and spoken);
- strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerBI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), initial knowledge of AI desirable
- combination of an analytical mindset with a structured working style and a strong sense of team collaboration;
- curiosity, courage and strong willingness to embrace change make you a driving force in shaping our future .
