Join our dynamic finance team in Poland as a Senior Finance Controlling Specialist focused on Legal Reserves. In this role, you will manage and oversee financial processes related to legal reserves, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and global finance, to deliver high-quality financial insights and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of monthly/quarterly global Legal Reserves Reporting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance teams to support appropriate allocations of reserves to IP Owning entities (Global Tax) and prepare analysis to facilitate hedging of liability positions (Treasury)

- Support the Finance Controller in provision of regular analytics and ad-hoc business requests from senior legal and finance stakeholders

- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations related to legal reserves, when required

- Calculation and preparation of legal reserves information for statutory reporting of UK and Irish entities.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
- 10% of the role is not structured with ad-hoc responsibility, you must be able to work independently.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field OR Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or working towards one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a multinational organization.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (CERPS).

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge on macros and AI Tools to drive improvements and efficiencies 
- Knowledge of legal reserves or provisions accounting.
