Which tasks can you expect?

  Sales

  • Proactively hunt for and acquire new domestic and international clients for our HR and payroll services and innovative online platform.
  • Develop, test, and implement various methods to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Identify and understand client requirements to propose the most suitable solutions from our offerings.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization—including product management, legal, and operations—to facilitate smooth collaborations.
  • Enhance our company's image as a leading HR and payroll provider through active market presence.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inform your sales approach and contribute to thought leadership.

Team Management

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Sales Managers to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Set clear performance goals, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipelines, and conversions to ensure strong performance and goal alignment.

What do you have to offer?

  • Demonstrated success in sales within HR and payroll services
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll platforms, or ERP systems (Enova preferred)
  • Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams to achieve performance goals
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Proactive in generating new ideas and sales strategies
  • Willingness to test and implement various client acquisition methods
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; fluent Polish and English skills
  • Experience identifying and engaging potential clients effectively
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing conditions
  • Comfortable using and explaining online platforms and digital tools
  • Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a team while driving individual initiatives
