Senior Sales & Partnership Manager (iGaming B2B)
Remote | International Team | Full-Time | Hiring via PEOPLE HUNT

PEOPLE HUNT is excited to partner with an internal game provider backed by an international iGaming holding. With five live games and five more in production, the provider is now gearing up to expand into the external B2B market - partnering with global operators and aggregators.

We are on the hunt for a Senior Sales & Partnership Manager who will play a key role in taking this next big step - leading the full sales cycle, securing high-value partnerships, and driving long-term growth.

About the Project
  • Internal studio of a leading international iGaming holding

  • Exclusive game development for the holding's own operator

  • Active portfolio: 5+ live games, 5+ in production

  • Current mission: scale into a B2B game provider for the global market

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the entire B2B sales cycle - from lead generation and product presentations to deal closing and onboarding

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with global operators and aggregators

  • Lead contract negotiations, SLAs, and legal discussions

  • Manage and grow your CRM pipeline and sales forecasting

  • Represent the company at major iGaming expos and events

  • Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation and brand visibility

  • Boost client lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming (provider or aggregator)

  • A strong and active professional network within the industry

  • Proven success in international sales and partnership management

  • Fluency in English and Russian (a must) - other languages are a plus

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, commercial models, and data-driven sales

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
