Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with extensive experience in digital advertising sales, particularly in guest posts, native ads, and sponsored content. You should have an existing client network, warm leads, and a proven record of achieving sales targets in the digital media space.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end digital ad sales process, from prospecting to deal closure

Leverage your existing leads and professional network to generate new business

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media partners

Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and develop revenue strategies

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Advertising or Digital Media Sales

Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Native Advertising, or SEO-related campaigns

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

With 3+ years experience leading a sales team

Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $1000/month + incentive (first month), $2,000/month + incentive (after evaluation)

Commission: Competitive performance-based incentives, the rate is based on performance.

Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
