We're inviting applications for a leadership role in our EMEA HR Admin team.
This position oversees HR operations across a country cluster, including Data Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Tier 1 support. You'll lead a team, ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

  • 2-4 years experience in multi-country payroll, with 2+ year in a supervisory role
  • Degree in Finance, HR, or Business
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, vendor management, and SOX compliance
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with process improvement and project management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Team leadership experience in HR operations (preferably Life Sciences)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & time management skills
  • Fluent English, MS Office proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow
  • Background in HRO or customer service
  • Process improvement mindset
