Tasks
  • Conduct GAP analysis based on legal and business requirements to identify necessary changes in JDE functionality, EDI tables, and fields
  • Align with business users on required process changes related to e-invoicing
  • Design functional solutions and provide specifications to the JDE development team
  • Coordinate with the e-invoicing service provider on EDI technical details
  • Provide input for mapping specifications to the AIP team (tables, fields)
  • Configure JDE settings and specify configuration details for the MDM team
  • Prepare cutover plans
  • Support and troubleshoot during unit, integration, and UAT testing
  • Create user documentation (Job Aid)
  • Deliver training sessions for end users
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to the ARO team
  • Provide support and bug fixing during Hypercare
Expectations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with JDE (Order Management)
  • Strong understanding of e-invoicing processes and EDI integration
  • Experience in project-based environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to create clear functional documentation
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
