Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera sprzedaży w obszarze leków Rx, który obejmie zarządzanie zespołem specjalistów promujących portfolio okulistyczne. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za realizację strategii sprzedażowej i medycznej w regionie, wspieranie rozwoju zespołu oraz utrzymanie wysokiej motywacji wśród doświadczonych przedstawicieli terenowych.

Opis stanowiska:

  • zarządzanie zespołem sprzedażowym w obszarze okulistyki (Rx),
  • implementacja strategii sprzedażowej i promocyjnej na poziomie regionu 3 województw,
  • rozwój kompetencji zespołu poprzez coaching, wsparcie merytoryczne i motywowanie do osiągania wyników,
  • budowanie efektywnej współpracy wewnątrz organizacji,
  • analiza potencjału regionu, planowanie działań sprzedażowych i raportowanie wyników,
  • współtworzenie lokalnych inicjatyw wspierających rozwój linii terapeutycznej.

Wymagania:

  • minimum 6-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem sprzedażowym w branży farmaceutycznej (Rx),
  • doświadczenie w obszarze okulistyki lub pokrewnych specjalizacji medycznych będzie dużym atutem,
  • umiejętność zarządzania zespołem o wysokim poziomie samodzielności i lojalności- zdolność utrzymania motywacji wśród doświadczonych przedstawicieli,
  • orientacja na realizację celów, rozwój kompetencji zespołu i partnerską współpracę,
  • wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki biologiczne, farmaceutyczne lub pokrewne),
  • aktywne prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do pracy w terenie.
