About the Role:

As an Operations Administrator within our Global Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient order-to-cash processes across multiple markets. You will act as a trusted partner to our Country and Reseller Account Managers, handle escalations with urgency, and support key commercial initiatives that enhance the experience of doing business with 3Shape.

Your Responsibilities:


• Handle case escalations for your assigned portfolio of markets with urgency, including via phone, email, and text.


• Build trusted relationships with Country and Reseller Account Managers to ensure special cases are processed in alignment with commercial realities in each market.


• Provide backup for Business Support tasks related to order-to-cash processes in core infrastructure markets (incl. local warehouses and hubs).


• Manage reseller communications on operational topics to ensure clarity and smooth collaboration.


• Support and manage key commercial initiatives such as Commercial Rental programs and DSO commercial processes.


• Conduct reseller training on operational partnership tools, including subscription eCom, Partner Portal, and Order Lookup reports.

Your profile:


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for handling escalations and building relationships.


• Business proficient English, both verbally and in writing.


• Any other language (would be an advantage).


• Experience in commercial operations, order-to-cash processes, or similar roles is a plus.


• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to dynamic business needs.


• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems (CRM (Dynamics 365), ERP (AX), Partner Portals).
