Your Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing of mass and single info records and source lists (creating, deleting and updating)Conducting mass and single price updates Supporting annual budgeting process for Category Management (Y)PSASingle creating and mass changes on Scheduling AgreementsChanging mass and single Material GroupCreating Single Quality Info RecordsPerforming mass Vendor Screen and PO changes Daily working in ServiceNOWSupporting non-standard reporting tasks according to business needs Your Qualifications
Completed studies in Economics, Logistics, Finance, Management or Project ManagementFluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)Knowledge of German is a plusProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Power Point)Experience with SAP, ServiceNOW is a strong advantageIdeally, first professional experience (e.g. internships) for Junior's position or 1-3 year of professional experience in relevant field for Specialist's positionExperience in Data Management, Purchasing, Analytics or other relevant fieldHigh affinity to work with various systemsInterpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder relationship management skillsFast learner and customer-oriented personGood analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team Our Offer
