Job Overview

We are looking for an L1 Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT operations team in Warsaw. The engineer will provide first-level technical support, resolve day-to-day IT issues, and support end users across the organization. This role requires
fluent Polish language skills
, strong customer service abilities, and basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users in
    Polish and English
    .
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows OS, MS Office/O365, and standard business applications.
  • Support account management (Active Directory, M365, MFA), password resets, and access issues.
  • Assist with device setup, imaging, deployment, and workstation configuration.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
  • Log and update tickets in the ITSM tool and resolve within agreed SLAs.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and asset issuance.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset inventory.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent Polish language skills (mandatory)
  • Good English communication skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk roles
  • Understanding of Windows 10/11, O365, and common enterprise tools
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AD, Exchange, and remote support tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Must be eligible to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multinational corporate environments
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concepts
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or ITIL Foundation
