Step into a real-world engineering environment and build your first professional project with Vention engineers

At Vention, we believe the best way to learn is through practice. Our internship isn't about watching tutorials — it's about doing the work. You'll gain hands-on experience inside a setting that mirrors real software teams, developing a project from start to finish under the guidance of experienced mentors.

About the Program

  • Cities: Warsaw, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Krakow
  • Duration: 3+ months (group) or flexible (individual)
  • Type: Unpaid educational internship
  • Schedule: ~6 hours/day dedicated to learning and practice
  • Format: Hybrid (2 days/week from an office)

Mentorship

Under the guidance of Mentors, interns receive:

  • Personalized mentorship based on individual learning goals
  • Support in presenting work and tackling technical challenges
  • Guidance to improve problem-solving and communication skills

What You'll Learn and Practice

  • Apply HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript in real-world exercises
  • Build web applications using React, Angular, or
  • Work with Redux for state management
  • Integrate front-end components with and backends
  • Write and run unit tests with Jest
  • Explore CI/CD basics, cloud services, and containerization tools
  • Build and present a personal project portfolio

What You Bring

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with at least one modern JS framework (React, Angular, or )
  • Knowledge of OOP principles and TypeScript basics
  • Experience using Git
  • English level B1+
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to learning (~6 hours per day)
