In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide customer service at the highest standards, responding to customers' commercial and technical questions or delegating other types of queries to the right owner within the organization
  • Identify customer needs, understand medium complexity technical requirements, liaise with customers, sales teams, factories, and other departments (as needed), and determine the best solution to be offered
  • Be available during normal working hours to respond promptly on both traditional and digital communication channels, such as phone, email, chat (via Drift app), and MyEmerson
  • Size and configure products according to technical and commercial requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time, and budget
  • Create quotes in Oracle/MyEmerson, assist with technical recommendations, and submit proposals to customers on time, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy
  • Select the appropriate technical documentation
  • Ensure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed
  • Specify delivery times for selected products
  • Verify that purchase orders align with the offered technical proposal and commercial terms
  • Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer
  • Ensure full compliance with legal and company requirements regarding Trade Compliance and Ethical Business practices
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A degree in a technical field (University or College level) - Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
  • Experience in engineering, technical sales, or similar roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with the process industry
  • Fluent/native Polish and minimum B2 level English
  • Strong PC skills

  • Exposure to quoting tools and digital platforms
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and environments
  • Knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement products
