The RoleWe are currently looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our EMEA team dedicated to finding new talents.
As (Senior) Recruiter with German (m/f/d), you will support our client, a worldwide leader in life sciences sector, to drive its recruiting strategy and achieve its recruitment goals in the DACH region.You will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS. The role is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. You will be also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
Key AccountabilitiesRecruitment Delivery
- Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
- Taking full ownership over an end-to-end process – including support in sourcing activities for selected positions – to ensure service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
- Collaborate on the iterative process of narrowing down high-quality candidate and jointly review the shortlist with the hiring manager
- Deliver excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
- Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them
Client Stakeholder Relationships
- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/stakeholders.
Providing counsel to HMs, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
Internal Stakeholder Relationships
- Monitor funnel metrics to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time
- Collaborate effectively with relevant teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
- Experience in working and very good understanding of the medical devices industry within DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria)
Demonstrable ability to build strong relationship, build a position as a trusted advisor, engage and influence senior and challenging stakeholders towards a course of action
Experience in leading 360 end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in in working in a client-facing position; excellent Client and stakeholder management orientation and skills; including ability to lead a demanding client and internal stakeholders at various management levels
- Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Highest level of proficiency in German and Englishskills,both spoken and written.
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS (Workday)
