Role Summary

INXY Payments is seeking a Growth Automation Manager to scale its outbound engine through technical innovation and data-driven precision. This hybrid role blends growth strategy, GTM experimentation, and hands-on execution - from building scrapers and enrichment workflows to launching high-performing outreach sequences. Operating across marketing and sales functions, this role drives scalable lead generation and outbound efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain tools for lead parsing, enrichment, and filtering (LinkedIn, conferences, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Develop and refine scripts and automation flows for multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn).
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize cold outreach sequences — focus on scalability and personalization.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, ICP hypotheses, and value propositions.
  • Automate repetitive workflows using AI and APIs.
  • Collaborate with GTM leads to identify new market segments and channels.
  • Occasionally support client inquiries in collaboration with the Support team (as we're a startup — we all help where it matters most).
  • Rapidly test new ICPs, channels, and verticals.
  • Create and document repeatable outreach frameworks.
  • Support integration of new tools or data sources into the outbound stack.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with data parsing, enrichment, or automation in outreach.
  • Ability to write or adapt scrapers/parsers (Python, PhantomBuster, or similar tools).
  • Understanding of multi-step outreach logic - warm-ups, sequences, personalization.
  • Curious, experimental mindset with a love for optimizing systems.
  • Bonus: experience in Fintech / Crypto / SaaS or GTM experimentation.
  • Proficiency in both English and Russian
