What will you be doing?

You'll be supporting all aspects of order entry and management for sales and consignment orders, primarily for Germany but also across other European countries. You'll be the link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time.

  • Manage incoming sales and consignment orders using SAP and EDI/ESKER systems

  • Collaborate with in-country Customer Care teams to ensure alignment and timely communication

  • Resolve order issues quickly and professionally to meet customer expectations

  • Support the adoption of electronic ordering systems and contribute to achieving "Perfect Order" targets

What will you need to be successful?

You'll be someone who thrives on precision, teamwork and customer satisfaction. You'll bring a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with SAP and MS Office skills

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree

  • Fluent Polish and good English; German is a plus but not essential

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Flexibility and a collaborative approach to working with international teams
