Position Description
Please make sure to send an English version of your CV
Deliver administrative support to the sales teams across the EMEA region in:

  • Creating new quotations upon request
  • Renewing quotes with new Price Book
  • Entering accurate data in the SFDC system, including new organizations, contacts, assets, etc.
  • Support in report creation and gathering relevant data from various systems
  • Cooperation with European Sales Team, Customers and Teams within Qiagen organization

Position Requirements

  • Strong accuracy in data entry and quote preparation
  • Highly organized and service-oriented way of working
  • Capable of handling different tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written), German knowledge will be an advantage
  • Readiness to work minimum 35h per week
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to support various administrative tasks and contribute to team success
