Your Key Responsibilities

  • Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers/sales representatives
  • Assisting in daily business activities
  • Ensuring accuracy in order details, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer information
  • Working closely with the sales department and other departments
  • Entering data into the customer portal

Your Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree
  • Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Eager to learn from others
