Position Description

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the sales teams across the EMEA region, especially DACH region and Spain as a vital member of the Sales Coordination Team.
  • Execute various sales support functions, including the generation and dispatch of sales quotations, follow-up on issued quotes or product samples, and additional related tasks.
  • Assist the sales team by providing detailed information on QIAGEN products (availability, product data, etc.) utilizing the SAP systems.
  • Establish new organizations and contacts within Salesforce and ensure accurate documentation and updates of customer information.
  • Address customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments such as Customer Care, Contracts & Tenders, Supply Chain, and Instrumentation to resolve queries.
  • Develop customer-specific price lists and sales reports, manage the ordering of medical instruments for customer demonstrations, oversee the Sales Prospects queue, and contribute to sales projects.

Position Requirements

  • Possess a university degree, with a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in German and English languages (min. B2 for both), knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
  • Exhibit initial experience in customer interaction or promotional activities, thriving in a communication-focused and dynamic environment.
  • Display strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Preferably possess knowledge of Salesforce and SAP systems.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills, a methodical approach to tasks, and a commitment to precision
