We are recruiting for the position of: Head of Business Innovation & Growth

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Active acquisition of new business partners – establishing and developing business relationships
  • Market and manufacturing sector analysis and identifying new business opportunities
  • Creating and implementing a sales strategy aligned with changing market trends
  • Conducting business negotiations and providing comprehensive technical and commercial consulting in the field of CNC machine tools and solutions tailored to individual customer needs
  • Ability to build and develop effective sales teams
  • Setting and enforcing short- and long-term sales plans
  • Cooperation with internal company departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position (including team management)
  • Higher education (technical fields preferred)
  • Knowledge of cooperation specifics with companies in the CNC machining industry
  • Ambition, determination, openness
  • English language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work in a mobile role (throughout Poland)
  • Willingness to travel abroad
