About the role:

The Sector Specialist - Food & Beverage (F&B) will lead the delivery of the KBS Solution catalog, focusing on knowledge services and achieving both financial and non-financial objectives. The role provides technological support to the F&B sales department and collaborates with industry specialists across the EAST region. The position involves frequent fieldwork in food production facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of a Sector Specialist in a defined sales area is the implementation and execution of the KBS set of solutions for F&B customers.

  • Leads timely generation of high-quality knowledge capital and case studies. 

  • Provides or coordinates support to major customers (Global or Key Regional) in collaboration with the Global Account team, Regional Sales teams, and Regional KBS team.

  • Collects the voice of the customers and provides feedback to the KBS team accordingly.

  • Contributes input for Product and Engineering innovation.

  • Supports a culture of innovation within F&B and leads the identification and pursuit of opportunities in the Food & Beverage markets.

  • Identifies and addresses training needs, ensuring F&B KBS personnel are consistently well-trained.

  • This is a highly visible role with overall responsibility for delivering F&B knowledge services programs within the area.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of food technology, preferably within the dairy or beverage industry.

  • Valid driving license (category B).

  • Good English language skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of working time) and work on-site at food and beverage production facilities.

  • Ability to operate measurement devices, collect data, and prepare reports.

  • Ability to prepare summaries of project analyses and present findings to clients as required.
