Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property sales
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee content creation for websites, property listings, brochures, and social platforms
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead generation strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity
  • Organize and manage events and marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Manage marketing budget and analyze ROI of campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience (over 5 years) in marketing, preferably within real estate or property-related industries
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, brand management and campaign development
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
  • Creativity, openness and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
